Losing Fat Is Not As Difficult As You Might Think

It is quite easy for me today, that there are only four steps, that you need to do in order to lose fat and get the body of your dreams.. But after you go through this you will realize that at the end of the day it is actually quite simple.

If you don’t know where to start, I suggest this program. It helped me and a lot of my friends and even readers here. Ok so now you have a program/plan to which you can stick and the most important part is that this program works! Now you have to set a goal and realistic time frame to accomplish your goal, after that you can start. And start right away.

How to stay motivated

It is quite easy, get a scale which can measure your body fat. Or get just a normal scale and buy¬†body fat caliper to measure your body fat. Every week write down your stats, this is what has helped me to stay on track. Seeing the results kept me motivated. If you decide to do this, which I highly recommend weight your self only in the morning, this will be the most accurate way to do this. Also if you don’t like it, you don’t have to step on a scale every day, you can do it every week or twice a week, that is only your choice!

If this is not enough for you. Take a picture every week and when you feel weak or that you want to give up, look at the old photos and realize how much progress did you make and that you can do more! This is quite important to take a picture from the same angle and preferably on the same light with the same phone or camera. Otherwise, you might be able to lie to yourself that you made progress when you did not. Or you might take the best photo ever one week and next week you would feel demotivated, even though you made a lot of progress during that week.
